Lijn-B Forms is a free WordPress plugin for building forms in the admin, with a live preview next to it. You choose per form whether entries are stored, who gets a notification, and what the sender sees afterwards.
It does what a form should do and nothing more: no license key, no upsells and no monthly fee.
A form should not be a hassle
Not for you, and not for the people who fill it in. I built Lijn-B Forms for my own clients, because I wanted a form builder that stays out of the way, treats privacy as the default and works well with Bricks.
It is deliberately small. It does not do payments or file uploads, and it does not pretend to.

Add, drag and set up fields with a live preview. Text, email, phone, number, date, dropdowns, checkboxes and a separate consent checkbox.
Forms in several pages
Split a longer form into pages with a page break. Next and previous buttons, a progress indicator, your own button texts, colours and corner radius.
Email notifications
A message to you and, if you like, a confirmation to the sender, with the submitted details included.
Keep entries, or don’t
Per form you choose whether entries are stored. Search them in a list and export to Excel.
A confirmation that fits
Show a friendly message under the form, or redirect to your own thank-you page.
Quiet spam protection
A hidden honeypot field (a setting per form), a minimum fill-in time and a limit per visitor, without puzzles. Cloudflare Turnstile is optional.
Works with Bricks
Use the Lijn-B Forms element in Bricks, or a shortcode anywhere else.
Works with Lijn-B Mailflow
A submitted form can start an email sequence straight away.
Who is Lijn-B Forms for?
For site owners and builders who want a straightforward form that does what it says. If you need payments or file uploads, this is not the plugin, and I would rather say so openly.
Privacy by default
No IP address is stored by default. You set a retention period, the data can be exported and erased through the WordPress privacy tools, and the consent box is a regular field type. So you do not need to think about it separately.
Lijn-B Forms is currently available as version 0.5.1. It is in development and already running on client sites. Updates appear in your plugin list.

Yes. Lijn-B Forms is 100% free. There is no paid version, no premium slot and no subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Bricks?
Yes. There is a Lijn-B Forms element for Bricks, and a shortcode for everything else.
Does it store IP addresses?
No, not by default. The IP address is used briefly for the spam limit and is not kept, unless you turn that on.
Can I export entries?
Yes, as a CSV file that opens in Excel. You can also erase entries through the WordPress privacy tools.
Does it work without JavaScript?
Yes. The form falls back to a normal page submit.
Does it update automatically?
It appears in your plugin list like any other plugin, and you can switch on automatic updates. An update check sends only the plugin name and version to lijn-b.nl.
Download Lijn-B Forms
Download the latest version, then upload it in WordPress under Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin. Future updates appear in your plugin list.
